Shipping Information

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing your order.  We ship within the United States, via UPS Ground. If you are in need of faster processing and/or expedited shipping, please reach out to us before placing your order.  We are happy to provide a shipping quote.

Return Information

Online shopping, while incredibly convenient, can be hard. We get it.  There’s no substitute for seeing a rug in your space and we want you to love your BE Found experience. If your rug just isn’t working, please contact us within 3 days of receipt to initiate a return.  Items must be returned via an insured and traceable method and must arrive in their original condition.  Items should be returned within 5 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued, minus a 10% restocking fee, within 3 business days of return receipt.  Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

Please note that all artwork and sale rugs are FINAL SALE and therefore, ineligible for return.
